These terms apply to all contracts between Jusuf Bajrami, sole proprietorship, Neilreichgasse 113, 1100 Vienna (hereinafter "navu media") and its clients.
These terms apply exclusively. Deviating conditions of the client only become effective if confirmed in writing.
navu media provides services in marketing, social media, content & video production, design, web & app development, advertising, automation and related fields. The specific scope results from the respective offer or order confirmation.
Offers are non-binding. A contract is concluded upon written order confirmation or the start of service delivery.
The prices stated in the offer apply [plus VAT, where indicated]. Invoices are payable within [14] days without deduction unless otherwise agreed.
The client provides all required information, access and materials in good time. Delays resulting from this are not at the expense of navu media.
Rights of use to created works pass to the client only after full payment. navu media may name and show created works for reference purposes unless expressly agreed otherwise.
navu media is only liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded as far as legally permissible. No guarantee is given for outcomes such as specific reach or revenue figures.
Ongoing services (e.g. social media management, ads management) can be terminated with [30] days' notice to the end of the month unless otherwise agreed.
Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction is — where permissible — [competent court / place]. Should individual provisions be invalid, the rest of the contract remains effective.
